Facilities

All rooms in the Community Center require two fees paid for prior to your event date - a refundable security deposit and the rental fee. Please see the descriptions below for pricing.

Oak Room (Ballroom): Room layout is set for five 8' rectangular tables, twelve 60" round tables, and 72 chairs; however, extra tables and chairs are available for seating up to 132. Included with the Oak Room is a kitchen with a commercial refrigerator, gas stove, warmer box, microwave, Bunn coffee maker, and counter space. 

Refundable security deposit is $200 - proper clean-up is required. 

The all day rate is a $325 flat rate for Norton residents (proof of residency required).  For non-residents, the all day rate is a $450 flat rate. 

Available all day rental is from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm if needed.

Maple Room (Small Room) Room layout is set for five 8' rectangular tables and 32 chairs; however, extra chairs are available. Room includes counterspace. Kitchen access is not available. 

Refundable security deposit is $125 - proper clean-up is required. 

The rate is $125 flat rate up to 4 hours or $175 flat rate for all day rental for Norton residents (proof of residency required). For non-residents, the rate is $200 flat rate up to 4 hours or $250 for all day rental.

Available all day rental is from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm if needed.

Dogwood Room (Senior Room) Room layout is set for five 48" round tables and 20 chairs; however, extra chairs are available. Room includes a sink and counterspace. Kitchen access is not available.

Refundable security deposit is $50 - proper clean-up is required. 

The rate is $75 flat rate up to 4 hours or $125 flat rate for all day rental for Norton residents (proof of residency required). For non-residents, the rate is $125 flat rate up to 4 hours or $175 for all day rental.

Available all day rental is from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm if needed.

Buckeye Room (Board Room) Room layout is set for 8 executive style chairs with a board room table (extra chairs are available). 

Refundable security deposit is $50 - proper clean-up required. 

Hourly rate is $25/hour for Norton residents and $35/hour for non-residents.
