Oak Room (Ballroom): Room layout is set for five 8' rectangular tables, twelve 60" round tables, and 72 chairs; however, extra tables and chairs are available for seating up to 132. Included with the Oak Room is a kitchen with a commercial refrigerator, gas stove, warmer box, microwave, Bunn coffee maker, and counter space. There are two fees that will need to be paid before your event date - a security deposit and the rental fee.

1. Refundable Security Deposit: $200 - proper clean-up is required for deposit to be refunded. 
2. Rental Fee: The rental rate is $325 flat rate for Norton residents (proof of residency required).  For non-residents, the rental rate is $450 flat rate.
