Maple Room (Small Room) Room layout is set for one 6' rectangular table, four 8' rectangular tables, and 32 padded chairs; however, extra chairs are available. Room includes counterspace. 

There are two fees that will need to be paid before your event date - a security deposit and the rental fee.

1. Refundable Security Deposit: $125 - proper clean-up is required to receive the refund. 
2. Rental Fee: The rental rate is $125 flat rate up to 4 hours or $175 flat rate for all day rental for Norton residents (proof of residency required). For non-residents, the rental rate is $200 flat rate up to 4 hours or $250 for all day rental.
