These mowers are being sold with no implied warranty of any kind or in “as is” condition. Inspection appointments can be made by calling Pam Campbell at (330) 825-7815 ext. 405 M-F from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All interested parties should submit their sealed bid(s) on one or all three units of interest. The bid should list their name, address, phone # and email address with the dollar ($) they wish to bid on by mower #, in a sealed envelope delivered to City Hall Administration window, M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be opened by the Director of Finance at noon on Friday, May 25, 2018. High bidders, by each mower will be notified of their winning bid. The City will accept cash or cashier’s check only in payment before the equipment will be released to the buyer
