ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Sealed Bids for the construction of 2018 Street Paving Project for the City of Norton will be received by the City of Norton in Norton City Hall at 4060 Columbia Woods Drive, Norton, Ohio 44203 until 11:00 a.m., local time, May 24, 2018 and at 12:00 noon will be publicly opened and read.
The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the resurfacing of streets with approximately 2,500 cubic yards of asphalt concrete.
The estimated construction cost for this project is $467,013.00.
Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the Norton City Hall at 4060 Columbia Woods Drive, Norton, Ohio 44203; in the office of Engineering Associates, Inc., 1935 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio 44691; and in the Dodge and Builders Exchange offices and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents must be purchased from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. for a cost of $50.00 per set, none of which is refundable. Bidders are required to register with and obtain Bidding Documents from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc.
The right is reserved by the Council of City of Norton to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the City of Norton.
